Class Types

Essentials & Fundamentals 360° (All levels) - before any house can be built a solid foundation must be established to ensure longevity and stability and the same can be said about the human body. This class provides a full body workout utilizing the exercises that are considered to be “essential” when practicing Pilates. A key focus in Essentials is to achieve a solid understanding of proper technique and form to ensure that the body receives its most optimal benefits

 

Gentle Essentials 360° (All Levels) - this class moves at a thoughtful pace and focuses on spinal and joint mobility, muscle toning and strengthening and posture conditioning.    The apparatuses used in these classes will be conducive to ensuring ideal ergonomics.

Elevated Essentials 360° (Intermediate) - this class moves at a moderate pace and takes your Pilates Essential Reformer skills to the next level and adds more challenging movements for the body and mind.  

Cardio Jump & Pump (Int/Adv) - love the feeling of jumping on a trampoline? It's even better when jumping horizontally! The Reformer transforms into a jumping apparatus enabling one to get a great cardio workout as well as incorporating strength training. 

Powerhouse Revolution 360° (Advanced) - this is an advanced athletic based workout. This class will challenge upper and lower body strength, muscle control, endurance, balance, coordination and flexibility. Be prepared to sweat!

The Wind Down Workout - (All levels) get your evening off to the right start with this NiteCap workout. Studies show that Stretching before bedtime offers many health benefits. This is a restorative class that focuses on stretching the body, myofascial rolling to release tightness in muscles, mobilizing the joints and relaxing the body and mind. A great way to wind down the day!
